COLLIO, OUR VINEYARDS AND WINE CELLAR BETWEEN THE ALPS AND THE ADRIATIC SEA
We are located in Plessiva, a locality in the municipality of Cormòns, along the border with Slovenia. Surrounded by an incredible panorama of vineyards as far as the eye can see, with neat, lush rows demonstrating the love and care for our land.
Year after year, we seek to uphold and exalt in the wines we produce, with all the typicality and characteristics of the hand-harvested grapes, managing the vineyards in the best possible way, thus always managing to maintain an excellent level of grape quality.

The end of summer marks the start of the grape harvest season, during which the hard work of an entire year starts to pay off.
OUR TASK: BEST INTERPRETING THE VINTAGE
If you work with nature, you have to deal with the whims of the seasons – you have to interpret the moods, go along with them and be patient, respecting their rhythms. Nothing ever stands still.
Because depending on how the season is evolving, we have to be able to manage and oversee the entire process, interpreting the vintage in the best way possible thanks to our experience.
OURS IS A CRAFT THAT DEMANDS COMMITMENT AND PASSION
For us, it is extremely important to harvest grapes that are perfectly ripe and perfectly healthy in order to simplify operations in the cellar. This is also reflected in the type of vinification of the wines themselves, which must maintain the typicality of the individual grape variety.
